PLM Data Architecture
Data Architecture and Enterprise Information Model for Global Aerospace Manufacturer.
The project focus was the migration of design and analysis data from legacy CAD systems onto the strategic PLM platform. This required creation of an ETL capability to ensure source data can be successfully migrated into the new format of the PLM pl customer.
Architecture also captured the future roadmap and key platform capabilities aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and identified the key projects required to deliver these new capabilities such as MI/BI reporting, key system integrations, and capacity management of the platform.
DATEX II Cloud Information Service
Design and Delivery of digital data and information service based upon the DATEX II standard.
Project outcome was delivery of a Strategic Enterprise Architecture capturing current and design of target operating model for business and roadside engineering divisions. Role encompassed Business, Operational, Data and Roadside technology, analysis of the Strategic Road Network (SRN), telecommunications and operational control centres.
Key deliverable was Cloud hosted seal-time data information service providing up to date information in relation to the Uk strategic road network.
RETAILER OMNICHANNEL BLUEPRINT
Creation the Blueprint for an Omni channel Order Management solution to support a £500Mn online sales ambition a cornerstone of the customer UK Customer strategy.
Project goal was to offer a 'same day' proposition across all 2500+ store locations in UK and Ireland. The Blueprint provided an outline design for a comprehensive Omni channel order management and fulfilment solution that addressed the complexities of fulfilling orders across multiple channels, while cost-effectively orchestrating global product and service fulfilment across the customer enterprise.
